Lifestyle consists of developing and maintaining good habits, including eating well, and being physically and mentally active throughout our lives through physical and mental exercise. The biggest key here is to do something, anything that makes you at least slightly short of breath, for 30 min to 1 hr/day, at least 6 days per week.
